One of my current assistants will be moving on to new challenges, and therefore I am now looking for someone who wants to work full-time and support me in my daily life. I have 5 assistants during the day and always double staffing.

About me and the role: I live in a villa not far from Gnesta, and you will be working in my home, where the assistants have their own living room/lounge/kitchen, etc. All necessary aids for the work are available on-site.

Since public transport can be limited, especially on weekends, I would prefer that you have a driver's license and access to your own car. Sometimes we also use my car (automatic) in daily life.

Several assistants have chosen to stay with me for a long time, which has given them solid experience and knowledge of my support needs. Therefore, there are good opportunities for you to receive a safe introduction and the support you need to get into the role. I enjoy working with people who are flexible and quickly find their place in new contexts, both regarding tasks and colleagues.

About you: I am looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You need to be able to work independently, be attentive, and easily adapt to different situations. You speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience in similar work is a big plus, but it is not a requirement.

Working hours: The position is for 30–38 hours per week according to a rolling 6-week schedule. The shifts are scheduled between 08:00–20:00 or 08:00–22:00, even on weekends. The schedule provides good foresight and longer continuous breaks.
