Do you want to be part of a new journey? We are looking for a CBT therapist who will also take on the role of treatment manager.

We are starting a new operation where we are making a fresh investment in qualitative care and treatment using evidence-based methods at our residential care home (HVB).

As important as it is to work from the above, we value doing this with commitment and soft values towards our clients, relatives, clients, and each other in the work team.

We are starting fresh with a new target group!

The new focus will be on adult men and women with substance abuse or dependence on alcohol and/or drugs (the term drugs includes narcotics, other addictive substances, medications, and doping agents).

We will have 16 treatment places.

In connection with the new target group, the interventions offered will be based on CBT methods with treatment both individually and in groups. Treatment themes may include substance abuse/crime, violence, vulnerability, and life scripts.

Staff work in treatment teams consisting of a therapist and treatment staff/contact person.

The client is assigned a team and an individual schedule that follows the client throughout the placement and treatment. The interventions follow an implementation plan based on the accompanying treatment plan.

By making the client aware of their issues, they gain increased opportunities to create a lifestyle-changed everyday life with lasting freedom from substance abuse and crime through tools/strategies.

Our goal with the treatment is always to increase functional behaviors and skills and create a valuable existence for our clients. To provide clients with their own strategies and resources for the future after the placement ends.

In the role of treatment manager/CBT therapist, you have the overall responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up on treatment interventions for clients together with the treatment team.

You drive the treatment work forward and ensure that the residential treatment structure and routines are followed and developed to create a safe and predictable environment.

You lead and coordinate the treatment work together with other staff, including supervision of staff in daily work. You conduct and follow up on behavioral observations and assessments that form the basis for individual treatment interventions.

An important part of the assignment is to make risk and suitability assessments before the admission of new clients, which is done together with other key persons. You will also actively work with the organization's safety routines and ongoing risk assessments.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience working therapeutically with substance abuse-focused interventions both individually and in groups.
• Post-secondary education as a social pedagogue/therapeutic pedagogue/social worker/behavioral scientist.
• Experience working in residential care with structured treatment interventions, as well as with clients within a similar target group.
• If you have basic Step-1 CBT, MI, low-affect approach.
• Experience working in a leadership position.

Qualifications:

You have the ability to lead others and are relationship-building, loyal, and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way and enjoy collaborating with others.

You are a driven, structured, independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about treatment work and sees the individual's opportunities and needs to change their life.

Your perspective is in what is best for the organization and you often see possibilities. You have engagement and positivity in what needs to be done. It is of great importance that there is a solution-focused approach when challenges arise.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have a driver's license. Good Swedish in speech and writing.

Employment conditions:

Role: CBT therapist/treatment manager. Employment type: Permanent employment.

Working hours: Full-time day/evening    

Start date: By agreement.
