Job Description

As a home care employee, you provide good care and social support. Your tasks involve helping and supporting the customer in daily life to promote and ensure well-being. You will also perform tasks as delegated.

Qualifications

You are a certified nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title, or a care assistant with at least 2 years of experience in care. You preferably have previous experience in home care. You have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. You should be able to cycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in people and a sense of good care. You are responsible and have an easy time working independently while also collaborating well with colleagues, customers, and relatives.

Before employment, we require a criminal record extract.

Working hours/duration

• Start as soon as possible by agreement.
• Day, weekend, and evening shifts.
• Salary by agreement. Individual salary setting applies.
