We are now looking for a Team Coach for one of our client's IT areas within the defense industry. Here you will play a key role in coaching and developing two teams with mixed specialist competencies, ensuring that IT environments are managed and developed in a secure, efficient, and sustainable manner – according to agile principles and DevOps methodology.

This is a temporary assignment in Linköping from January 8, 2026 – June 30, 2026.

Your responsibilities
As a Team Coach, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the teams in their daily work and further development. You will ensure that the agile approach is applied correctly, create structure, and help the teams focus on continuous improvements.

The role involves close collaboration with both technical specialists and other parts of the organization – where you will become an important link between people, processes, and technology.

You have the ability to see the big picture, create order, and drive progress. At the same time, you are a communicative team player who thrives in interactions with different types of people.

The position may involve travel within Sweden.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a leadership role as a Team Coach and/or Scrum Master
• Good IT knowledge and experience with agile methodologies in operations and management
• Experience with DevOps and ITIL
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience working with ServiceNow and Jira
