Solpulsen Energy Norden AB is a Swedish energy company in strong growth. We develop complete energy hubs with solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, wind power, water tanks, and diesel generators, all controlled by our own AI management.

We deliver premium solutions, modern technology, and Swedish support. Solpulsen is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for a key person who wants to help build the energy systems of the future with us.
About the role
We are looking for a business-driven, representative, and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager who can represent Solpulsen at customer meetings, trade fairs, seminars, and partner discussions.
You will be the link between our technical team and our partners, playing a crucial role in building trust, creating long-term relationships, and driving sales forward.
You should be able to hold presentations, explain energy solutions in an understandable way, and generate interest among property owners, business owners, and private individuals.
Competence in batteries and energy hubs (important for the role)
Since Solpulsen is strong in batteries, energy storage, and AI management, you need to handle questions about:
- How much battery capacity a customer needs
- How AI management optimizes charging/discharging against electricity prices
- Backup functions during power outages
- Differences between AC and DC-coupled systems
- Lifetime, cycles, and safety
- Integration with heat pumps, wind power, water tanks, and diesel generators
You do not need to be a technician, but you should be able to discuss energy storage in a confident, understandable, and businesslike manner.
Competence for properties and larger energy installations
We work with energy hubs for larger properties, housing cooperatives, farms, industry, and commercial buildings. Therefore, you should be able to:
- Explain how batteries reduce capacity fees and cut peak loads
- Describe how our AI optimizes the entire property's energy system
- Discuss frequency markets, support services, and revenue opportunities
- Handle questions about operational reliability, backup, and load balancing
- Communicate about charging infrastructure and large parking areas
- Discuss integration with property automation and meters
- Understand new Swedish regulations and insurance requirements for battery rooms over 20 kWh
In short: you should be able to provide confident answers to property owners investing millions in energy systems.
Your tasks
- Build and develop collaborations with installers, companies, and partners
- Hold presentations, lectures, and customer events
- Represent Solpulsen at trade fairs and industry meetings
- Identify business opportunities and establish new partnerships
- Support the sales team with technical and commercial expertise
- Create long-term relationships with companies, property owners, and larger clients
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in solar energy, energy, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field
- Are strong in communication, sales, and relationship building
- Are confident, credible, and used to meeting corporate clients
- Speak and write fluent Swedish (English is a plus)
- Have a B driver's license
