Your tasks

• Lead and coach a team of agents

• Develop and support supervisors

• Be responsible for daily operations in the contact center

• Monitor and drive KPIs such as CSAT, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality, and compliance

• Manage and improve employee key figures (ESAT, turnover, absenteeism)

• Recruit and onboard new employees

• Create training plans and career paths

• Implement process improvements and AI tools

• Collaborate with global teams to align local operations with strategy

• Ensure GDPR compliance and industry standards (COPC or equivalent)

We are looking for you who

Have 3–5+ years of experience in contact center/BPO management
Have experience leading through team leaders and coaching other managers
Have strong skills in coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making
Master English + Swedish
Familiarity with COPC or equivalent and AI tools is a plus
High integrity, analytical mindset, and operational focus
