Natur & Kultur is one of Sweden's leading publishers, with a wide range of publications in both general literature, educational materials, and academic publishing.
Natur & Kultur is now looking for a customer-oriented salesperson for schools, from primary school up to high school level, with a focus on selling educational materials and professional development literature to schools.
The role of the customer-oriented salesperson involves, in short:
Independently creating, maintaining, and developing long-term business relationships with existing and new customers, focusing on the customer region you are responsible for. In this case, the SOUTHEAST region, which includes Jönköping, Kronoberg, and Kalmar counties.
Visiting schools and selling, informing, and advising our customers on the selection of our appreciated series of educational materials, with both printed and digital components.
Staffing fairs and planning collections for the target audience of the fair.
Prioritizing and planning the best way to engage with your customer region and build new customer relationships within the prioritized area.

- Is curious, driven, structured, and responsible, and has an easy time building long-term relationships.
- Is passionate about sales and motivated by results.
- Has a relevant education for the role and solid experience working with sales to B2B customers.
- Is business-minded in meetings with our customers and comfortable presenting.
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team, is positive, and has a problem-solving attitude.
- Several years of sales experience in publishing or with schools is considered an asset.
You will work in our publishing division, Natur & Kultur Educational Materials and Academy. You will work from your own home, which is likely located in Jönköping County, and will be offered a company car to visit schools in the region daily. A driver's license is required, and several trips with overnight stays are included in the position. The role reports to our sales manager.
