We are looking for someone who wants to work from home in customer service via chat and email. You will assist customers with questions about accounts, subscriptions, and everything in between – always with a smile in text form 😄

Perfect for you who are studying, working part-time, or just want to earn a little extra without leaving home!

We believe that you:

✅ Are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others

✅ Have basic computer skills

✅ Speak Swedish or English (bonus if you can do both!)

No experience? No problem! You will receive an introduction and learn everything you need. The most important thing is that you are curious and have good energy.

About the job:

📍 Location: Online / Remote

🕐 Scope: You choose when you want to work – day, evening, or weekend. We would like you to be able to work at least 8 hours per week.
