As an Operations Manager at our rapidly growing contact center in Cyprus, you will be a key person in creating structure, efficiency, and quality in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving operational improvements, coaching leaders, and ensuring a top-class customer experience – while continuing your own leadership journey.

Your Role

• Lead daily contact center operations

• Develop and support supervisors and agents

• Drive performance against KPIs: CSAT, SLA, AHT, FCR

• Monitor and improve ESAT, employee turnover, and absenteeism

• Recruit, onboard, and retain bilingual staff (English + Swedish or Finnish)

• Implement process improvements and AI solutions

• Ensure GDPR and COPC compliance

• Collaborate with global teams to optimize operations and customer experience

We are looking for someone who

Has 3–5+ years of experience in contact center/BPO management
Experience in team leadership and operational delivery
Competence in recruitment and employee retention
Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
Practical leadership style with a focus on people
Fluent in English + Swedish or Finnish
Knowledge of COPC standards and AI tools is a plus
