As a salesperson at Rullpack, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales in the Nordic market, focusing on Sweden and Norway. Your customers are primarily retailers and wholesalers. The role involves both managing existing customer relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities – with a strong emphasis on increasing business with existing customers and acquiring new ones.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, driven, loyal, and honest, with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to creating business. You thrive in working independently but also value collaboration within the team – you know that success is created together.

We are looking for you who

• Has documented experience in B2B sales – preferably within plastics, packaging, FMCG, or similar
• Is self-driven, business-oriented, and accustomed to taking initiative
• Understands the importance of building long-term relationships, but also has a strong drive to win new business
• Thrives in a changing environment where you can help create new structures
• Has good technical understanding and interest in production, market prices, and sustainability issues
• Is used to working with larger customer constellations, chain organizations, and preferably public procurement
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Has a driver's license and the ability to travel for work (field-based position with regular visits to Reftele)
