About the position: We at Bonzi are now looking for a dedicated and caring personal assistant for our client who lives in Tyresö with their family.

You will be an important part of the client's daily life and as an assistant, you contribute to creating security for our client.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis – perfect for you who want an extra job. As a substitute, you step in and work when regular assistants are absent, for example during vacations or illness.

The client's relatives only wish to have male applicants.

The part-time position involves working hours scheduled as follows:

• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Weekdays
• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekends

About the client:

The client is an active teenage boy with a lot of energy. As an assistant, you will find fun activities to do together after school, such as swimming at the pool, having coffee, or going for walks. He also needs help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and during meals.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see the needs of others. As a person, you are empathetic, socially perceptive, proactive, patient, and able to remain calm. You can easily read situations and stay one step ahead.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Previously worked with LAB (low-affect response)
• Knowledge of Autism/intellectual disabilities
• Professional experience as a personal assistant or companion

Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Not allergic to pets, rabbits are present in the home
• Must be able to swim and tolerate chlorine

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
