Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

As a result of an accident a few years ago, my life changed completely. I am now wheelchair-bound and need help with most daily activities, but together with family, friends, and assistants, I am working on rehabilitation and training.

I enjoy sports and music (heavy metal) and would like to engage in activities during the day, such as going to the gym and attending concerts.

I am now looking for you to expand my team. I need help with personal care, cleaning, cooking, accompanying me to activities, and all other tasks that occur in a home.

Working hours vary between day, evening, and night.

You who are applying should be a positive, encouraging person who, like me, is active and has many interests. Previous experience in rehabilitation is a plus. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is necessary.

Salary: Hourly wage according to agreement. Additional compensation and other allowances according to collective agreements.
