We are looking for an engaged Business Analyst / Solution Engineer for Scania, focusing on Engineering Change Management (ECM) within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will be a central link between the business and IT in Scania's digital product development and actively participate in the transition from CATIA/ENOVIA V5 to 3DEXPERIENCE.

You will be responsible for developing and supporting methods and processes for:

• Maturity & Lifecycle Management – ensuring correct product status and data quality throughout the design cycle

• Version & Change Management – creating structure and traceability between product revisions

• Review & Approval Flows – enabling controlled reviews and release processes

You will work closely with process owners, developers, and designers to ensure that tools and methods adhere to Scania's working methods and standards.

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, or business development

• Experience with PLM/CAD systems, preferably 3DEXPERIENCE

• Good understanding of product development processes

• Preferred:

  • Experience with CATIA V5

  • Experience from Scania or TRATON

  • Previous role as a Business Analyst in agile environments

• Swedish & English – fluent in spoken and written

• Has strong analytical and communication skills

• Thrives in the intersection of business and technology

• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
