Europeiska Motor has been part of the Swedish automotive industry since 1960 and is today one of the country's largest authorized Toyota dealers. With a turnover of 1.4 billion SEK and approximately 150 employees, the company has a strong presence in northern Stockholm with full-service facilities in Rissne, Vällingby, Täby, Arlandastad, and Östermalm.

Europeiska Motor continues to grow and is therefore looking for more junior Customer Managers/Sales Representatives for all locations.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Sales Representative/Customer Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the car business from the ground up and develop into a successful salesperson. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to delivery – and work proactively to create and nurture long-term customer relationships. You will build and manage your own customer portfolio and sell both new and used cars as well as additional services and products, such as accessories, service agreements, and financing solutions.

You will work on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, where you create trust and security for your customers.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales or customer service
• Is driven, relationship-oriented, and persistent
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

You have a long-term view of the role of Customer Manager and are driven by making deals. You should have a strong sales focus and be goal-oriented, humble, and patient.
