About me:

I am a 28-year-old girl looking for someone who is positive and secure to join my wonderful assistant team. I am a person who enjoys when things happen in my life that contribute to releasing life energy. I am very creative and enjoy creating in many different forms, including painting and making music. I love to travel but also enjoy relaxing at home. I have a great sense of humor and will gladly fill your life with laughter!

About you:

I want you to take your assignment very seriously, be organized, and attentive to my needs. You must be tolerant of pets and smoke-free during working hours. To communicate with my alternative communication, it is important that you speak fluent Swedish. Experience with Bliss communication is a plus.

As a personal assistant, you need to be able to accompany me on trips, both within Sweden and sometimes abroad. It is therefore important that you are flexible, responsible, and see travel as a natural and enjoyable part of the job.

About the position:

The position is planned to be up to 50% with varying shifts between day, evening, and awake night. Immediate start. There is an opportunity to take extra shifts and increase your hours. It also includes a paid assignment that means you share staffing responsibilities during illness with other colleagues.

Staffing:

This position includes an extended (and paid) staffing assignment, which means that some weeks you must be available at times other than working hours to call in a substitute or step in and assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The assignment is shared by all assistants working on a regular schedule.
