We are looking for several personal assistants for hourly employment, as needed, for a man in his forties who has severe epilepsy and, as a result, a cognitive disability. The seizures are frequent and can occur at any time, which requires active supervision and presence to minimize the risk of serious injury. Therefore, it is highly meritorious if you already have experience and knowledge of epilepsy.

However, the most important thing is that you, in your role as a personal assistant, establish a good rapport with the man you will be working for, where a personal and professional approach is a prerequisite. To achieve this, we believe that you are responsible, engaged, attentive, and have great patience. You should be physically fit and proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, which is a requirement.

The working hours are actively scheduled throughout the day and night, every day of the week. Therefore, it is beneficial if you have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying work hours.

It is also important that you can maintain focus and be attentive without taking over, as well as being able to sense when it is appropriate to keep a low profile.

The man is active in his daily life; he works a few days a week and enjoys sports, music, movies, photography, animals, and traveling. It is desirable that you, as a personal assistant, share these interests.
