About the role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and handle incoming cases via phone. You will play a crucial role in helping users with technical problems and ensuring they receive quick and professional support. With varied tasks and different customer environments, you have great opportunities to learn a lot of new things, as well as strengthen and develop your existing skills.
- Handle and resolve incoming cases via phone, remote support, or on-site at the customer
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our users
- Escalate more complex cases to second line support or other relevant departments
- Document and follow up on cases in our case management system
- Ensure that users have a positive experience through a professional and service-oriented approach
You will have your home base in one of our delivery teams where you will work with about ten colleagues towards a couple of our customers.
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset and a great interest in IT. Since the role involves a lot of customer contact, it is important that you are social, communicative, and solution-oriented. Do you also enjoy working with troubleshooting, technology, and people? Perfect! With us, you will go far with drive and a desire to develop. In addition, you need to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in support, customer service, or similar
- Basic IT knowledge
- An interest in learning new things
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
A B driver's license is highly meritorious as we would like you to work onsite a few days a week once you are settled in.
