Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' car rental experience all the way, from booking and pickup to return and handling follow-ups and inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues will work on a rolling 3-week schedule, alternating between opening and closing shifts, as well as weekend work every third week.

The station's opening hours are:

Weekdays: 07:00-19:00

Saturdays: 08:00-15:00

Sundays: 12:00-16:00

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively working with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

About you

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driving license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
