We are looking for an experienced project manager with expertise in physical security for an exciting and socially important consulting assignment with one of Sweden's largest players in the energy and infrastructure sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with security protection issues, contributing to the development and strengthening of protection in some of the country's most complex environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects within physical security and security protection – from planning to implementation and follow-up.

• Support the organization with requirements setting, follow-up, and quality assurance of security technical systems.

• Participate in procurements and ensure that security and delivery requirements are met throughout the process.

• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and follow-ups focusing on compliance and improvement measures.

• Prepare reports, decision-making documents, and action plans related to security work.

• Collaborate with internal and external parties and contribute to the development of the organization's overall security work.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Documented experience in project management within security protection, preferably with a focus on physical security.

• Experience in procurements – from requirements setting to delivery.

• The ability to independently conduct audits and security follow-ups.

• Good skills in writing clear reports, analyses, and decision-making documents.

• Very good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Driving license (B).

Please note that the assignment requires you to undergo and pass a security clearance before starting.

Desirable Experiences

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects where security protection has been a central part.

• Knowledge in information security or other security-related areas.

• Experience working in larger organizations with complex security structures.

• Education in security, technology, construction, or project management.

Location

The position is based in Stockholm, Uppsala or Gothenburg. The work is conducted both on-site and in close collaboration with other teams within Sweden.

Timeline and Scope

Start: December 1, 2025 (depending on the completion of the security clearance) Scope: Full-time, 100% Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
