Your Workplace

The health center has approximately 12,700 registered patients and here work general practitioners, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, psychosocial resources, healthcare administrators, and foot care therapists. We who work at the health center are a wonderful team passionate about care and its development. We actively work with the work environment and development where both the patient and the employee are in focus.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include both acute and planned outpatient services as well as some on-call and standby work within the outpatient area of northern Värmland. At the clinic, there is also the opportunity to work directed towards special housing, midwifery clinic, and child health center.

With us, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job, as we have patients of different ages with varying medical backgrounds. No day is the same. We work cross-professionally around the patient, and as a doctor in our workplace, you need to easily collaborate with different professions.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who is a specialist in general medicine. You should have an interest in teamwork and a desire to provide good care with high quality, accessibility, and continuity. You work independently and in a structured manner, with the ability to see the whole in the patient's needs. Your empathetic ability is central in the meeting with patients and colleagues, and you actively contribute to a safe and respectful work climate. We believe that you, like us, value a good work environment and see it as natural to contribute to it.
