We are now looking for several new nursing colleagues to strengthen our staffing in the nursing unit in Arvika municipality!

About the positions

We are currently seeking several nurses for our staffing unit for hourly positions who are licensed district/nurse who want to work within the nursing unit in Arvika municipality.

We believe in a balance between work and leisure, which is why you as a temporary nurse have the opportunity to set your availability for when you want to work.

We work with mentorship, which means that you as a new employee will have an experienced nurse as a mentor to help you feel secure in your role at the workplace. We also believe that a good introduction is important regardless of employment form. Therefore, we adapt the introduction based on your previous experience and offer a tailored introduction.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of nurse, we see that you have:

• Education and a valid nursing license.
• Previous work experience in healthcare that we assess as relevant.
• Driving license B.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is strongly meritorious if you have:

• Previous experience in municipal operations.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a nurse include:

• Independently assess and perform medical treatments and nursing interventions.
• Manage medications and medical treatments.
• Document in the journal systems Combine and Cosmic Link, where you use classification systems KVÅ and ICF.
• A large part of the work involves collaboration with both relatives and other healthcare providers to ensure safe and cohesive care.
• You are responsible for planning your day together with your colleagues.
