Your workplace

In Sunne, you will work closely with two occupational therapists in Munkfors and Hagfors.

Here, physiotherapists also work, and there is support from a medical administrator and rehabilitation assistant. The atmosphere in the group is open, and questions are exchanged between new and more experienced colleagues. The clinic is located adjacent to the health center and the professionals there.

The primary care rehabilitation in the north is located in Sunne, Munkfors, Hagfors, Torsby, and Likenäs. Within primary care rehabilitation, a total of 13 occupational therapists work at different clinics in the county, who regularly hold network meetings to exchange experiences and develop the business. For us, values are important, and we work together with other organizations to provide the best care for patients. We are constantly working on improvements, and the focus has recently been on digitization and accessibility.

Your tasks

As an occupational therapist with us, you work to help patients achieve or maintain the best possible activity and functional ability, increased independence, and good health. You meet patients with varying needs for examination, advice, assessment, and treatment.

The work includes activity assessments, hand rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and cognitive rehabilitation. Treatments are conducted both individually and in groups, physically, digitally, or via phone. This temporary position is based in Sunne, Munkfors, or Hagfors.

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. Experience from working in primary care and further education in cognition as well as orthosis and hand rehabilitation is meritorious.
