We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a woman in her 30s living just outside Kristianstad. She has a functional variation and needs support to live an independent, fulfilling, and meaningful life.

As an assistant, you are an invaluable part of her daily life. Your tasks vary – from personal care and household chores to being a safe and present companion during social activities and outings.

You are not just practical support – you contribute to her freedom, safety, and quality of life.

The position is a parental leave substitute initially based on hourly employment, with the possibility of working up to part-time if everything goes well. The work involves different types of shifts, so it is important that you can be flexible with working hours.

• You are a woman with great empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards life.
• You have a genuine interest in assisting others with their needs and creating a safe and stimulating environment for the person you support.
• A driver's license is required as the woman lives outside the city center.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication is a major part of your work.
• Experience from similar work is an advantage but not a requirement. Who you are and your personal qualities are highly valued.

• Start date: October 2025 – April 30, 2026. 
• Employment rate: A parental leave substitute on an hourly basis, with the possibility of working up to part-time if everything goes well. 
• Work shifts: Days, evenings, nights with on-call, and weekends.
