As a technical project manager at Recas, you are responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects in areas such as energy supply, defense industry, and manufacturing industry. You combine technical knowledge with structured project management and act as the link between technology, customer, and company management. You lead the technical execution of projects within the framework of the company's programs and strategies, always in close collaboration with the responsible Program Manager. Your focus is on planning, controlling, and delivering technical results on time, within budget, and with the right quality. The role requires both system understanding and the ability to create order, structure, and progress in technically complex environments. This is to ensure and support the company's three overarching goals:

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead technical projects from feasibility study to delivery according to agreed goals and frameworks.
• Plan and follow up on time, cost, quality, and risks in the project.
• Ensure technical interfaces, documentation, and delivery according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and the customer's technical representatives.
• Regularly report project status, risks, and actions to the Program Manager.
• Contribute to the improvement of methods and routines for more efficient project execution.

Technical Coordination & Customer Dialogue

• Be the customer's technical contact point during the project.
• Clarify technical requirements, changes, and consequences together with the Program Manager.
• Possess technical depth and understanding of architectures such as mechanics, electrical, and software.
• Initiate and drive technical solutions within given frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with technical experts, designers, and test resources to ensure delivery quality and drive and challenge concepts and solutions.
• Actively contribute to sales work by providing technical expertise during proposal preparation, customer dialogues, and solution proposals.

Internal Collaboration & Competence Development

• Contribute to internal feedback and knowledge sharing between projects.
• Support resource planning in dialogue with the Program Manager and technical management.
• Actively participate in Recas Academy to develop your own and others' project management skills.
• Follow the company's routines for quality, environment, safety, and ethics in all project work.
