We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute at our nursing home in central Linköping.

You will work extra on the days and times that suit you, according to the needs of the business. There is an opportunity to work during the day from about 7 AM to 4 PM, in the evening from about 4 PM to 9 PM, and at night from about 9 PM to 7 AM, both weekdays and weekends, all year round. We use a scheduling app where you can apply for available shifts and indicate your availability.

In your job with us, you will assist elderly individuals living with us in their daily lives. This can involve helping with personal hygiene, support during toilet visits and meals, assistance with medication, and being there for social interaction.

The job is suitable for you if you have a good attitude, are attentive, and make those you meet feel seen and valued. You enjoy addressing each person's needs and providing support that makes their daily lives easier.

Before you start working, you will of course receive introductory training and accompany an experienced colleague who will show you and teach you all the routines, etc.

To be able to start with us, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and/or dementia care.

If you do not yet have training in care and support, we would like you to complete an online training course before your introduction. It is free and takes about 2 hours. Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. You can order it via the police website. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
