Job Advertisement: Pack & Dispatch - Linköping

SGS Department Pack & Dispatch in Linköping is organized under Customer Support, Nordic I&E Env Testing.

The mission of Pack & Dispatch is to be responsible for the packing and shipping of sampling materials, samples, and other mail and package handling in Linköping.

About the Position

You will be placed in the Pack & Dispatch department and your tasks will include;

• Pack sampling materials in bags/boxes and send them to our customers
• Prepare orders
• Package food samples for dispatch
• Pack and send samples to our subcontractors
• Working hours are during the day from Monday to Friday
• You should be in good physical shape as the work can be heavy and physically demanding
• Order transportation from DHL, Bring, and Postnord
• Label various items and prepare delivery notes and other related to dispatch.
• Handling incoming and outgoing goods, including scanning and documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement as instructions, safety regulations, and method descriptions are written in Swedish
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Scientific education
• Work experience from production operations
• Experience working in laboratory operations
• Practical work such as packing goods in a warehouse or other operations involving distribution.
• Experience in logistics.
