We have about twenty general dental clinics with varying care panoramas and provide regional specialist dental care in the specialties of dental physiology, endodontics, oral prosthetics, orofacial medicine, orthodontics, periodontology, and pedodontics. We actively engage in research in collaboration with dental faculties and Linköping University, offer ST training, and work with dental quality development.

Job Description

You will perform all tasks within a dental hygienist's area of competence. With us, you will meet a varied patient clientele where you can fully utilize and develop your skills. In the clinical work, you will treat both children and adults. For those with experience, there will also be opportunities to mentor students and new employees.

Work Group

Folktandvården Lilla Torget consists of 28 dedicated employees who find dental care exciting and important. We stick together and have fun, while also collaborating with other clinics in the area, which provides opportunities for both exchange and learning.

At our clinic, we have a strong interest in improvement work, and several of us are involved in development projects. We are particularly proud of the project that has enabled us to reduce the prevalence of caries among our six-year-olds.

About You

We are looking for a licensed dental hygienist. You have good computer skills, and since you work in constant dialogue with patients, colleagues, and other partners, it is important that you have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form.

We welcome both experienced dental hygienists and those who are, or soon will be, newly graduated to apply to us. If you are new to the profession, we offer mentoring as part of our introduction program. For all our new employees, we offer a one-year introduction program together with other new employees in the organization.

We believe that you, like us, see dental quality as the foundation of your work, that you meet all people with understanding, respect, and care, and that you place a high value on good service. We want you to have good pedagogical skills and be able to work independently while also having good collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability.
