As our current salesperson is moving on, we are looking for a driven Account Manager who has experience in building long-term relationships with customers and contributes with great commitment. The district is established and covers Jönköping and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for supporting existing and new customers with our products and unique service offerings! The target group and customer segment for this position are heavy vehicles (trains, trucks, buses, trailers, construction, agriculture, etc.) related to workshops and transport companies.

What does it mean to work as an Account Manager at Würth?

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for your own district and work to long-term develop and expand the district to achieve profitable growth. Based on our multi-channel strategy, you have responsibility for the customer regardless of where the customer chooses to shop.

• You work from home and conduct customer visits based on the planning that is appropriate within the geographical area and meets customer wishes.
• You process existing customers and actively work on new customer acquisition to achieve growth.
• You assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline customers' handling of consumables.
• You focus on sales and meet budget.
• You work proactively and are attentive to capture new business opportunities.
• You conduct practical product demonstrations.

We want you to

• Have practical experience and product knowledge related to the industry.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and are used to working with relationship-building sales and new customer acquisition with good results.
• Be goal-oriented, results-driven, and have a good business sense.
• Be collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
• Understand the value of planning your work to achieve processing, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Be structured in your work approach to deliver high quality to customers and create order and clarity.
• Be creative to handle a flexible customer mix and find new business opportunities.
• Have digital maturity to easily search for information and navigate various systems.
• Be accustomed to working in Office 365 with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
