About the roleWorking as a substitute nurse with us means being a colleague like everyone else. Taking the responsibility required to maintain good quality and safe care for our residents and planning ahead. The tasks may vary from day to day based on needs; you need to be flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt and see what needs to be done. Working as a nurse in elderly care means being a spider in the web for our residences, performing health and medical care interventions, and working to provide quality of life. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. Conduct risk assessments and follow-ups regularly to ensure good quality in the operation.
Collaboration and supportYou are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role as a nurse with us is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's team leaders who are responsible for the care staff. Our team leaders on each floor also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.

Getting to know the residentsUnderstanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for accurate assessments and decisions.
Clear routinesTo create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easily applicable routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.Your experience and knowledgeYou are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both a broad knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are important.
