ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking someone for our client's needs who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, support, and development. In other words, you who like to understand how things connect and do not give up until the problem is solved. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key person in the client's Support & Service team. Here, you will work with their customized products, where each system is unique and requires its own solution. In this role, you will combine your technical curiosity with structure, creativity, and responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex software and hardware issues.
- Perform updates of software in production, including packaging, release notes, and delivery.
- Work with integrations and versions in systems with varying configurations.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve root causes.
- Communicate with customers and ensure that solutions work in practice.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- We prefer that you have an education in IT/computer science, such as computer science, information technology, or similar. But you can also have learned through experience. The important thing is that you can solve problems, communicate clearly, and enjoy working technically.
- Have a strong drive and enjoy tackling unstructured tasks and sorting them out.
- Are genuinely interested in technology – perhaps you have built your own computers, tinkered, programmed, or just always wanted to understand how things work.
- Have skills in C, C#, Java, web, Linux, databases, SQL, GitHub, Config, VPN. Either from studies, work, or in your spare time.
- Understand the importance of structure, communication, and documentation in technical work.
- Have experience or interest in integrations, software releases, or operational environments.
