Cyclife Sweden AB is a company within the EDF group (Électricité de France), one of the world's largest employers and a major player in the energy sector. Cyclife is in a significant growth phase and conducts nuclear technology operations in the Studsvik area outside Nyköping and is a day-one company with over 230 employees. Who are we looking for?

• Relevant academic education in communication, PR, marketing, or similar
• Several years of experience in qualified communication work
• Experience working with both internal and external communication
• Good understanding of digital channels and social media
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different parts of the organization
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Ability to work proactively and independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
• Driving license B.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in a leading role in a communication department
• Have experience in photography and filming as well as photo and video editing
• Have experience in planning and coordinating fairs/events
• Good French in spoken and written form.

What does the role entail?

• Strategic responsibility for the company's communication, both internally, externally, and towards customers.
• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and target group-adapted communication.
• Lead and develop internal communication to strengthen culture and information flow.
• Be responsible for media relations, brand building, marketing, and crisis communication.
• Drive digital communication and presence on social media.
• Represent the company in external contexts and drive initiatives forward.

As Team Leader of Communication, you will lead and have personnel responsibility for the communication team, which consists of one communicator. You will work closely with the business area manager and management to ensure that communication efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals. In the role, you report to the business area manager for HR & communication and are responsible for building a proactive, coordinated, and target group-adapted communication structure.
