About the health center

In Osby and Lönsboda, Kry operates two health centers, Kry Health Center, BVC, and BMM Osby, along with a Kry branch in Lönsboda, with a total of approximately 25 employees and 7000 registered patients. The health centers offer a varied environment where healthcare staff meet and advise many patients at the clinic. The health centers also have the task of providing medical participation, advice, and support to Osby municipality.

About the role

You are offered a flexible job where you can work both at the health center and have the opportunity to work with digital patient meetings, allowing you to work from home (scope according to agreement). In addition to varied tasks where you meet and advise many different patients, you will contribute to developing and changing primary care, where your ideas create value for the organization and Kry's work to improve primary care. You will belong to a highly competent and engaged group of doctors and other professionals at the health centers.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a trained specialist in general medicine.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
• You have good technical skills; previous experience with digital healthcare meetings is a plus.
• Experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your interactions, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
