Then you might be the one we are looking for! We at Middlepoint are now seeking a receptionist for Karolinska University Hospital in Solna. This is an assignment via our parent company Coor that manages the reception. Our vision is to deliver star-class service to a world-class hospital, and in this work, you are our most important resource. You will work in a service team of five people where collaboration and good communication are crucial for the work to run smoothly. The position involves a mobile job where you move around a lot within the hospital area during the workday.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Welcoming and directing patients and visitors in an efficient, needs-based, correct, and friendly manner. • Administrative tasks, ordering taxis and transport services, and receiving and managing lost property. • Distribution of wheelchairs and searching for wheelchairs throughout the hospital area and returning them. • Escorting visitors to and from departments. Acting in critical/emergent situations (e.g., evacuation). • Working in parallel operations such as service center and conference services.

The role also includes taking personal responsibility for staying updated on the hospital's organization and Coor's agreement with the client. Together with your colleagues, you will continuously work on developing the reception's work, improving routines, and contributing to a good work environment.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English; other language skills are a plus
• Experience in a similar role within a service profession focused on customer interaction
• Computer literacy and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed upper secondary education

Employment Employment: Full-time, temporary Start: Immediately until the end of February 2026, with a chance of extension. Working hours on a rotating schedule: Monday - Friday 06:45-19:30 and Saturday - Sunday 09:15-17:30.
