Customer Service Representative Wanted – Permanent Position in Norrköping
About the Job
Flytt & Städ Sverige AB is growing and looking for a dedicated customer service representative for our office at Koppargatan 3 in Norrköping.
You will be an important part of our team and responsible for providing quick, clear, and friendly service to our customers – every day.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Handle bookings, quotes, and invoice inquiries
• Coordinate tasks between sales, customers, and staff
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional interaction
We are looking for someone who
• Has 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Is structured, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
• Communicates clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has good computer skills and enjoys a service-oriented role
We offer
• Permanent full-time employment (100%)
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (lunch 12:00–13:00)
• Salary: 25,000 SEK/month
• Pleasant working environment and development opportunities within service and administration
