As an educator with us, your main focus is to deliver training in your area of expertise. We take care of the logistics and administration surrounding the assignments, allowing you to devote all your energy to providing students with the best possible education. The role includes educational planning, teaching (both online and on-site), and mentoring. The training is planned and conducted in collaboration with the respective vocational college and educational leaders to ensure the quality of teaching. Educational area: Salary and digital tools.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree as a Payroll Consultant or similar education.
• Experience working as a Payroll Consultant or in a similar position.
• Knowledge of how the digital payroll process works from start to finish.
• Experience using Excel and payroll systems (e.g., Visma Lön).
• Previous experience teaching or leading training in this area.
• Pedagogical experience and the ability to communicate information clearly and understandably.
• The ability to adapt teaching to the needs and knowledge levels of the target group.
• Good communication skills.
• Resides around/in Malmö.

Qualifications:

• RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, logical functions (IF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH)
• AI tools: ability to use AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline tasks such as data checks, text writing, troubleshooting, or template creation.
• Digital automations: ability to understand how to create an automated flow (e.g., Power Automate) to send payroll data, emails, or reminders.
