About the assignment

We are now looking for an HR consultant with specialized skills in workplace safety for one of our clients in Stockholm. The assignment starts immediately and lasts for approximately 2-3 months and is full-time. There is an option for some remote work. Your responsibilities

As an HR consultant with the client, you will map current work processes for incident and accident reporting, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement measures that strengthen competence, usage, and information security within the area and the organization. 

• Document how incident and accident reporting is currently done in systems and apps
• Identify barriers to accurate and complete reporting 
• Propose routine improvements, training needs, and information efforts to increase reporting rates and accuracy
• Consider information security and GDPR in recommendations 
• Identify and conduct necessary training for employees, managers, and safety representatives
• Support safety representatives in system usage and routines
• Act as a superuser in the system and app during the project period 
• Provide recommendations for better use of the system's and app's features 
• Update and structure intranet pages with routines, instructions, and guidance
• Support information flow to employees, managers, and safety representatives 
• Develop a clear recommendation to the HR manager on how incident and accident reporting should be integrated into the ongoing work of the HR department after the consulting assignment ends 

Your qualifications

• Documented experience in systematic workplace safety work and system-based incident and accident reporting
• Expertise in training and change management in organizations 
• Knowledge of information security and GDPR in HR and workplace safety processes
• Ability to act as a superuser in system support and provide practical assistance to employees, managers, and safety representatives
