About the Position

We are looking for an assistant with an interest in sales and recruitment who is seeking a qualified and flexible part-time job alongside their studies. In the role of recruitment assistant, you will work one to two days a week and focus on assisting in all parts of the recruitment process. In close collaboration with two other recruiters, we deliver world-class recruitments where we together focus on making the process qualitative and professional.

As a recruitment assistant, you are a key player for us at Asta in an early stage and will help shape our success along the way. There will also be opportunities to develop, work in multiple roles, and take on various responsibilities. How your role will evolve over time is something you will help create, with the possibility of a full-time position after your studies – for the right person.

Responsibilities;

• Work in all parts of the recruitment process in collaboration with two recruiters, from start to finish
• Build and maintain a candidate network in our ATS and on LinkedIn

• Conduct screenings and phone interviews

• Administrative tasks, such as scheduling phone interviews, writing job ads and candidate presentations, calling references, and providing feedback to candidates
• Other administrative tasks related to our consultant follow-up and internal projects may occur

Qualifications and Attributes

• Ongoing post-secondary education with at least 1 year left of your studies and the ability to work 1-2 weekdays per week

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in service and/or sales work, full-time or part-time
• Phone experience is highly meritorious

A forward-leaning person with an interest in people and relationship-building as you will be in contact with our candidates on a daily basis, especially via phone. You are also someone who is driven to be creative and proactive in finding new ways to move forward in your work independently. You have an interest in business and recruitment and are therefore unafraid to learn new things and apply them in practice in a decisive manner. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop within recruitment and sales together with Asta on our growth journey.

• Location: Central Stockholm
• Salary: Hourly wage
