We are looking for someone who wants to work with support and management of systems for travel booking, expense management, property systems, and related solutions within the defense industry on an assignment with one of our clients in Stockholm.

You will be part of an engaged team of six people where you will together handle incidents, integrations with other systems, access, and upgrades. Together, you will ensure that mission-critical IT solutions operate stably and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will work broadly to ensure that our IT systems deliver high quality and availability.

You will:

• Manage incidents and perform troubleshooting
• Administer and follow up on cases with suppliers
• Coordinate upgrades and changes in the systems
• Work on issues related to integrations, mobile solutions, and access
• Collaborate closely with the business, internal IT functions, and external suppliers

The work involves many points of contact and combines technical problem-solving with communication and coordination. You will be an important part of a team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a solution-oriented approach.

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in management, troubleshooting, and incident handling within IT
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• System integrations, including integrations with mobile applications
• Applications within Travel Management and/or Expense Management
• Agile working methods (Scrum, DevOps)
• Testing or functional testing
• ServiceNow or other case management systems
• Jira
• Microsoft Office

Meritorious:
• Driver's license
• Experience with network equipment
• Experience with computer repairs
• Relevant certifications
