About the job as a pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

In the role of pharmaceutical responsible, you will coach your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are continuously improved in close collaboration with the sales manager at the pharmacy. As the Pharmaceutical Responsible, you will also be responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You will be responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and be a good role model in customer interactions, as well as capture and disseminate everyday knowledge to improve quality, customer experience, and increase sales.

Welcome to our beautiful Apotek Hjärtat adjacent to ICA Maxi Linköping! We are 20 wonderful colleagues, 14 pharmacists, and 6 pharmacy technicians, who help our customers with the best service. The pharmacy has Linköping's most open heart with generous opening hours from 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week, which is greatly appreciated by our customers and provides opportunities for varied working hours for us staff.

With us, the team comes before the individual. We support each other, are happy to help each other, and have good communication. The energy in the group is believed to be a success factor, and we hope that you who are applying want to contribute.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or according to agreement. A trial period may apply. The start date for the position is according to agreement.
