Our Offer

Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers and 4 emergency centers. The Lambohov health center has about 11,700 registered patients and is centrally located but serves both urban and rural areas. We conduct a broad primary care operation that includes everything from emergency care and planned outpatient work, from child health care to elderly care. We often work in teams with district nurses, psychologists, dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, medical administrators, and child health care nurses.

Job Description

We offer you a challenging and varied job at our medical clinic. We hope you become interested in the breadth of the specialty area of general medicine and can envision a future in primary care. As a junior doctor/ licensed physician with us, you will receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training together with other doctors. Together we will design an introduction based on your needs.

Work Group

We are about 43 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work climate. The health center has a medical clinic, specialist nurse clinics, nursing clinics, child health care, psychosocial competence, foot care, and a laboratory. We are also responsible for several nursing homes.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical degree or Swedish medical license (attached to the application). Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. Since you will be in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other operations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are self-assured and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, curious to learn new things, and see constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
