Assistant Nurse for the Night Patrol – Home Care

We are looking for you who are an assistant nurse and want to work in our night patrol within home care. Here you will have a meaningful job where you make a difference for people in their homes – when it is needed the most.

About the position

As an assistant nurse in the night patrol, you will start from our office in Kisa, then go out to visit clients throughout the municipality – in Rimforsa, Kisa, and Horn – and provide support and care based on their individual needs.

Your tasks may include:

• Personal care (hygiene, toilet visits, dressing and undressing)
• Support with daily tasks (meals, transfers, medication management)
• Documentation according to SoL and HSL
• Handling delegated tasks from licensed personnel
• Alarm management beyond planned interventions

Within the home care night patrol, there is solitary work, which requires you to be secure, independent, and have good decision-making abilities.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained assistant nurse (requirement)
• Has a B driver's license (requirement)
• Has good computer skills and can document according to current procedures
• Is responsible, empathetic, and has a professional demeanor
• Enjoys working independently and can handle changes calmly and securely

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care, especially home care
• Specialist training in areas such as dementia or geriatric psychiatry
