About the job as Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat

As a Pharmacy Manager, you are the hub of the prescription channel where you lead and coach the pharmacists at the pharmacy. You have responsibility for results and personnel for employees in the prescription channel, drive the work with prescription medications, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice and service. Through business acumen and customer focus, you create an attractive and sales-driven pharmacy environment together with your colleagues. The Pharmacy Manager develops and customizes advice and services at the pharmacy in consultation with the pharmacy manager.

You lead and coach employees in their daily work, inspire engagement, and ensure that continuous professional development in the field of pharmacy occurs.

As a role model in customer interactions, you actively work to improve quality, enhance customer experience, and increase sales. You plan, follow up, and develop your employees – always with the goal of creating a pharmacy where knowledge, service, and care are at the center.

Welcome to our beautiful Apotek Hjärtat adjacent to ICA Maxi Linköping! We are 20 wonderful colleagues, 14 pharmacists, and 6 pharmacy technicians, helping our customers with the best service. The pharmacy has Linköping's most open heart with generous opening hours from 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week, which is greatly appreciated by our customers and provides opportunities for varied working hours for our staff.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist. The position is full-time or according to agreement. A probationary period may apply. Start date for the position is according to agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacy technician or pharmacist. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for meeting the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
