Working hours: 2 weekends and 2 evenings over 8 weeks. Working hours are scheduled from 08:00-16:30 or 16:00-21:00.

Job responsibilities: Standard tasks for a nurse in home healthcare, including advanced health and medical care in all forms of housing, participation in the delegation process for nursing staff, general and specific nursing, medical assessments and treatment responsibility to ensure that individuals receive the care and treatment prescribed by a doctor,

establishing, participating in, and following care plans, guidance and advice to nursing staff in the team according to the Client's established routines, reporting, processing and following up on deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/organizational changes, archiving, and staffing telephone care to care (vtv). For example, assessments, executing prescriptions, wound care, sampling, support/guidance to nursing staff, etc.

Requirements:

Licensed nurse

B driver's license (automatic or manual)

Ability to cycle

At least two (2) years of professional experience as a nurse

Have worked as a nurse in the last two (2) years and have the competence and experience to handle advanced

medical technical products such as medication pumps, probes, PEG, (changing, cuffing, nursing), sampling, KAD

(inserting, flushing), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cath (inserting needle, taking samples), PICC line, (dressing changes, sampling),

blood transfusions, CVK (dressing changes, sampling).

Have previously served as a consultant nurse in the public sector.
