Job responsibilities: Usual tasks for a nurse in the municipality. Advanced healthcare in all forms of housing, participation in the delegation process for care staff,

general and specific nursing, medical assessments and treatment responsibility to ensure that individuals receive the care and treatment prescribed by doctors, establish, participate in, and follow care plans, guidance and advice to care staff in the work team according to the Client's established routines, reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/organizational changes, archiving, and staffing phone care to care (vtv). Such as assessments, performing prescriptions, wound care, sampling, support/guidance to care staff, etc.

Requirements:

Nursing license

C1 Swedish

B driver's license (automatic or manual)

Can cycle

At least two (2) years of professional experience working as a nurse,

Have worked as a nurse in the last two (2) years and have the competence and experience to handle advanced

medical technical products such as medication pumps, probes, PEG, (changing, cuffing, nursing), sampling, KAD

(inserting, flushing), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cart (inserting needle, taking samples), PICC line, (dressing sampling),

blood transfusions, CVK (dressing, sampling).

Must have served as a consultant nurse in the public sector.

Meritorious

Experience with documentation in Treserva health cases.

Does not require a full or half introduction (has worked at the same place before)

Experience with the target group within LSS/social psychiatry.

Experience working as a nurse within municipal healthcare
