The Psychiatric Clinic in Norrköping is part of the Psychiatric Center and consists of three outpatient clinics (one of which is a dependency clinic), emergency services with observation places and a mobile team, as well as four inpatient wards.

We are now looking for a rehabilitation coordinator for the Psychiatric Clinic Lindövägen.

The Psychiatric Clinic Lindövägen offers assessment, investigation, and treatment to patients over 18 years of age with severe and moderate mental health issues. Approximately 50 employees work at the clinic, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, medical administrators, doctors, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers. The clinic also has a specialist team focused on eating disorders.

We are now looking for an additional rehabilitation coordinator for our team. If you are interested in and want to work to improve the quality of life for people with mental health issues, then you are the one we are looking for!

Job Description

Each outpatient unit has a rehabilitation coordinator who collaborates internally. The current rehabilitation coordinator at our clinic is a licensed occupational therapist, and we are now looking for another colleague with a background in licensed health and medical education. In your role as a rehabilitation coordinator, you will support patients in the sick leave and rehabilitation process and facilitate their return to work/studies, work-oriented rehabilitation, or remaining in work. The assignment also includes internal coordination and support within health and medical care as well as external collaboration. The position is 100%.

Work Group

At the clinic, we work in teams, which allows for valuable consultation and collaboration with other professional groups in patient work. Internal collaboration with other rehabilitation coordinators and collaboration with other actors and authorities is also common.

About You

We are looking for someone with a licensed health and medical education, preferably with experience working with people with mental health issues.

Experience working in psychiatric outpatient care is an advantage, as well as rehabilitation coordination and knowledge of collaboration, insurance medicine, and work-oriented rehabilitation.
