The healthcare organization in Finspång is looking for a nursing assistant for the summer of 2026.

The healthcare organization in Finspång includes nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Our mission is to provide healthcare services in special housing, home healthcare, and in operations according to LSS.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in the healthcare organization, you will support the nurses with various tasks. You will perform sampling such as venous blood tests, manage wound dressings, distribute simple dosage containers, collect and deliver samples and materials, unpack goods, and restock supplies. You will be responsible for your own tasks while being prepared to adapt to perform services where you are needed most. You will work either with home healthcare or together with nurses in special housing.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with experience in performing more advanced healthcare services under the delegation of a nurse. As a person, you are independent and can organize your work efficiently while easily collaborating with others. You are confident and stable in your professional role and have a good sense of service. With your positive attitude and commitment to healthcare work, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and see changes as new opportunities.

You must be able to read and communicate in Swedish to fulfill the information requirements of your job. Computer skills are required as documentation is part of the job. A driving license (B) is a requirement.

Conditions

Summer substitute position with start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled during weekdays in the daytime.
