Job Description

We are looking for a junior doctor for our inpatient department in rehabilitation medicine. Together with a senior physician/specialist and the team, you will drive rehabilitation in individual patient cases by participating in goal planning, patient conversations, rounds, and functional rounds. Additionally, you will handle admissions and discharges, examine patients, gather information for quality registers, write referrals, order tests, and communicate with consultants, clinics, relatives, and so on.

Work Group

You will be part of a specialized rehabilitation team and belong to a group of doctors with many experienced specialists in pain and rehabilitation medicine as well as other specialties, where we place great importance on supporting each other and future colleagues.

About You

Medical education. For the position, a medical student must have passed their psychiatry placement. If you are already licensed, it is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language at least at C-level. You should be able to communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

As a person, you enjoy working with people and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. It is also important that you take responsibility for your task, structure your work independently, and drive processes forward. You work well with complex issues, analyze, break down, and solve complicated problems. In the role of a doctor, you make assessments and priorities in a judicious manner. Being flexible with us means being able to adapt to the current situation and change focus, which is crucial as unpredictable events occur daily. The position suits you if you thrive in collaboration and are responsive and communicative with both colleagues, patients, and relatives.
