Physiotherapist, Home Care Kinda Municipality
The Home Care in Kinda Municipality is looking for a licensed physiotherapist for free and stimulating work in a beautiful environment!
As a physiotherapist, you will work in a rehab team and be part of the home care in Kinda Municipality. The workgroup consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehab assistants, nurses, nursing assistants, MAR/MAS, and supervisors. The home care also has a close collaboration with Kisa Health Center and especially with doctors from the mobile team. Regular communication occurs between the municipality's various operations, such as the assistance unit, functional support, and elderly care.
Job Responsibilities
As a licensed physiotherapist in the home care rehab team, you will work with rehabilitation and habilitation both in ordinary housing and in SÄBO/group homes. Work in home care requires independence and flexibility as well as collaboration between professions. At the same time, there is always the opportunity for guidance from experienced colleagues and knowledge exchange. Rehabilitation, regardless of living situation, should be based on the patient's goals and needs. In consultation with the individual patient, the physiotherapist shall be responsible for preventive measures, physiotherapeutic assessment, evaluation, follow-up, and review.

Qualifications
We are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist for a summer temporary position. Experience in home care is an advantage. We are looking for a colleague who communicates with patients, relatives, and the team in a responsive and empathetic manner. You have the ability to see the whole picture and prioritize your efforts accordingly. You have a flexible working style and can adapt to the needs and changes of the operation.
Requirements
Driver's license B, documentation experience, good oral and written skills in the Swedish language.

Summer temporary position 100% with start on June 8 or by agreement.
