We are now looking for a Clinic Coordinator for Folktandvården Hageby and Vikbolandet.

We offer a workplace characterized by openness, helpfulness, and flexibility. Hageby Clinic is a medium-sized clinic with ten treatment rooms and a health center right next door. We have the emergency clinic for the eastern part of the county and a Dental House for our youngest patients. Hageby is located in one of Norrköping's larger residential areas, within cycling distance to the city center.

Vikbolandet is a smaller clinic with three treatment rooms. Vikbolandet is located in a rural area about twenty kilometers outside Norrköping, easily accessible by bus. In total, we have 27 employees at the Hageby and Vikbolandet clinics. Several employees work at both clinics, and we have a joint clinic management.

Job Description

As a clinic coordinator, you have a central role at the clinic and provide support to both the clinic manager and employees. Your tasks include responsibility for personnel administration/planning, scheduling, purchasing, and other administration. You act as an employer representative and participate in and drive development and improvement work. The role also includes clinical work in your primary profession. Placement is in Hageby and, if necessary, in Vikbolandet.

Education and Experience

The role requires that you have education and experience as a dental nurse/dental hygienist. You should also have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form as you will communicate with patients, employees, and other partners. Experience in administrative work and leadership roles or leadership training is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented. You are accommodating and have an interest and ability to help and support others. We want you to have good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative. You should be able to prioritize and view the organization from a holistic perspective. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment and Information

The position of clinic coordinator is a fixed-term appointment with a permanent full-time employment in your primary profession. The role is combined with work in your primary profession.
