We are part of the ideologically driven Bräcke diakoni, and our comprehensive mission in Linköping City South. We are now looking for a care assistant for a permanent position, where you will have a secure start and a daily routine filled with personal interactions.

Your Role

As a care assistant with us, you will work in the assisted living facilities Stolplyckan and Översten, as well as in the homes of clients in the local area. You will assist with personal care, daily tasks, and documentation – always focusing on safety and good service. The job also includes contributing to an active and pleasant daily life, for example through chair exercises, bingo, games, or music sessions. You will perform delegated tasks with support from a nurse and plan your work together with your colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

You are confident in working independently but also enjoy being part of a team where everyone helps each other. In your interactions with clients, you are attentive, recognize needs early, and are eager to initiate solutions and activities that improve daily life.

Qualifications

• You are a trained care assistant with a protected title
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can ride a bike
• You have passed Swedish 1 or Swedish as a second language 1 at the high school level. Proficiency in Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension is required.
• Experience in care and support, from work or internships, is an advantage, especially in home care.

Your Workplace

At Stolplyckan home care, we work together in a close-knit team where we support each other and create a good atmosphere in daily life. The work is based at the assisted living facilities Stolplyckan and Översten, with good bus connections and close to several neighborhoods.

We are part of Bräcke diakoni, which has overall responsibility for home care, home nursing, and home rehabilitation in Linköping City South.
